About the Band

Simply put, we love to play danceable blues and classic rock!

KC Blues Bombers was formed from a love of playing live music. Band influences include blues and classic rock music like Eric Clapton, The Allman Brothers, Muddy Waters, Albert King, Bo Diddley, and many more!

Cork - Lead Vocals

Cork’s musical adventure started with The Beatles, but soon veered into blues based rock like Cream, Bad Company, & The Rolling Stones before discovering artists like Muddy Waters, Howling Wolf, and Bo Diddley.

In addition to singing and playing rhythm guitar, he also dabbles in slide guitar, harmonica, bass, and keyboards.

Favorite singers: Paul Rodgers, Muddy Waters, Paul McCartney, Little Richard, Van Morrison.

Scott - Lead Guitar

Carlos - Lead Drummer :)

Carlos supplies the steady backbeat to the band and is the glue that holds it all together. The next time you see Josh make sure to shout “More cowbell!” at him. That or just put money in the tip jar!
